History
PHI "Health Center" - Vinica has been the first point of contact for primary health care in the municipality for decades. According to local accounts and internal memories, in the late 1950s/early 1960s the first outpatient clinics were established, in the 1970s it was expanded with a dental service, in the 1980s extensions were made, and around the 2000s a more comprehensive modernization of the equipment and premises began. More recently, the institution organized a Covid vaccination in 2021 and actively intervenes in community events.
